The 2026 Ice Cream Social will be on Friday, June 12 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm on the Hudson Greens.
Wrap up from 2025: Sadly, we were rained out and moved to the Hudson High School BUT it was so wonderful! Lots of folks met neighbors and enjoyed ice cream complimented with hot dogs and pies.
So many volunteers, businesses and organizations supported the event. The City of Hudson and Hudson City School District gave much appreciated support. And most importantly, thanks to Hershey’s of Hudson for their ice cream!
Did you know? The first Hudson League for Service Ice Cream Social was held in 1947. Proceeds were used to to finance community projects that included teaching an art class at the high school, providing transportation for those who needed a ride, helping at the library by mending books and children’s story times, sponsoring a children’s theater and much more.
